All Cottages and condos are equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, pots, cutlery, coffee maker, 4 pc bath, colour TV, electric heat or forced air furnace. 4 bedroom cottages have 1 + ½ baths.

Towels and/or maid service (unless otherwise specified) are not included with accommodation pricing. Bring your own beach towels. Towels and maid services are available if not already included with your plan - please ask for details.

BBQ's are available to rent - $50 per week and includes your first tank of propane (plus HST)

Boat & Motor 14ft aluminum boats with 8hp motors are available for rent - $360 per week, $95 per day and includes your first tank of gas (plus HST)

Pontoon Boat available to rent for $850 per week, $185 per day plus gasoline (plus HST)

Bed linen is supplied for all accommodation and plans.

Guest Laundry Facilities are located on the premises.

Dining Room is licensed. The meals are prepared by our Chef Dennis E. Snyder. Casual dress is acceptable at all times.

Wedding Facilities - We have great wedding packages for groups up to 120 people.

Conference Facilities - We are equipped for up to 75 people.

Visitors - $40 per person/day

Deposits - Deposit of $700.00 per unit or 50% of quote - whichever is less - is required for all reservations and is to be considered as applying to the final days of the reservation. This is refundable if advised 30 days prior to arrival. A $50 administration fee applies to all refunds.

Check in time - 3 p.m.

Check out time - Spring, Fall and Winter is 11 a.m., Summer is 10 a.m.

Smoking - All units are non-smoking.

Sorry we do not allow pets.
